S2K/Miller Fully Subscribes $23 Million Charlotte Land DST Offering
The S2K/Miller CLT DST, a 4.8-acre non-levered land offering in Charlotte's NoDa district, is now sold out and closed to new investment.
ORLANDO (July 1, 2026) — S2K Financial has fully subscribed the S2K/Miller CLT DST offering in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Delaware Statutory Trust is now closed to new investments. S2K Financial served as managing broker-dealer for the offering, which was available to accredited investors completing a 1031 exchange.
“People come to Charlotte and stay because it's so livable; the light rail has completely changed NoDa.” said Steven Kantor, Founder and CEO of S2K.
The S2K/Miller CLT DST holds a 4.8-acre land parcel in Charlotte’s NoDa (North Davidson) district. The site sits beside multifamily and retail now in development through separate S2K and S2K/Miller offerings, a short walk from the Sugar Creek station on the LYNX Blue Line light rail connecting Uptown Charlotte to the University of North Carolina.
MHC Affordable Housing DST V
S2K Financial is also the managing broker-dealer for MHC Affordable Housing DST V, a new offering that uses debt with a loan-to-value of 43.6%. Sponsored by MHC Capital, the Delaware Statutory Trust holds a portfolio of manufactured housing communities across the Midwest.
